Return/Exchanges Policy

RETURN

I truly hope you loved the jewel you choosed, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me via email at info@mayasabbatini.com.

You are entitled to return item (s), within 10 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund (excluding postage / shipping charges).

Any item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Sale items cannot be returned either.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Remember to write your full name, order code, and briefly explain the reason for your request.

If the reason for the change is due to defects in the product, please attach a photo.

EXCHANGES

Maya Sabbatini Jewellery Design only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at info@mayasabbatini.com.

Items must be sent via a trackable method.

Maya Sabbatini Jewellery Design can’t be held responsible for items that may be lost or damaged during return shipping, so please ensure all items being returned are securely packaged with protective wrapping and clearly addressed. 

Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.

Remember to write your full name, order code, and briefly explain the reason for your request.

If the reason for change is due to defects in the product, attach a photo.

For hygienic reasons, no changes and replacements of any earrings are accepted.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of the website.

I reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that the site offers. I reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of my products that appear in the website.

I can’t guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
