How can I request a refund?
You are entitled to return item (s), within 10 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund (excluding postage / shipping charges).
Any item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Sale items cannot be returned either.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Remember to write your full name, order code, and briefly explain the reason for your request.
If the reason for the change is due to defects in the product, please attach a photo.
